My Classmates

What can I say! We are all so different. Yet each person brought in their own unique ways- sayings- habits whatever it may be. Learning patience for each other is also a life lesson. I watch some of the younger ones and how their tolerance isn't much. Heck sometimes I can't tolerate things either. But in a dental office - I can handle uniqueness- even if its an effort to be around. BUT laziness and selfishness I can't handle and as most of my friends no it really bugs me and hurts my feelings. I hope that my classmates know I love each of them for who they are- and the examples each of them were to me in their own way. Weird how we find a few and stick to them- its comfortable- we become them--- right Linda? or is it Marilyn? oh shoot I don't know who I am. Lauren- Heidi! But even though we kinda buddy up I felt connected to so many and hope that they know how special they are in my life. I hope they looked past my imperfections and forgive me for my crankiness! Class of 2011- I truly am going to miss you. Don't be a stranger!

Last Lunch-

How is it possible that it seemed this week would never come and now that it is here I wonder how it could have gone by so fast. Isn't that just life tho. Hurry it up-- no I change my mind slow down. Will this ever be over. Can't believe its over. Learning to love each day regardless is a lifelong process. Wish I could say that I was better at it then last year. But I find myself wishing it away. My kiddos are 6 & 3. They were 4 and 1 when I started. WOW! Thats when I realize how fast time flies by. Our lunch was fun- and it was nice to have the faculty in the wetlab with us. Mr. Salomon might even actually like us after all. I don't know what they were talking about but he was laughing with the 7 or so around him. I was browning tortillas and helping my kids but it was a nice way to end the clinic days- good memories. NOT to forget- Our Professor Alexander was teacher of the year at WSU- so we were celebrating that as well!

PE & Clinic manual

I have decided that this project is going to take much more then 100 hours. WOW! Wish I could continue to help- its so much to do. Everything takes time- and the more people with their hands in the pot it seems the LONGER it will take. Hope some of my ideas helped!

Saying Goodbye

I hate that part- Saying goodbye to friends/classmates/professors/midtown. Really breaks my heart!!! Hopefully life will bring them back around more often!

Sealant Clinic

AH! whooops- no kids brought permission slips! REALLY!!! This was free dental treatment 32 students (first years were there as well) AND no kids. I am sure Bossenberger was beside herself- to go through so much effort and it not work. We ended up doing clinic check out and finishing paper ! Where did the time go- never got to taking my test! Or finishing my PE project. Well 7 weeks till graduation day! Hope its done before then!

Last Day of Clinic-

Well I cleaned my board patient - it wasn't something I wanted to do til I got my results- but I have no idea when I would be able to finish his mouth like I had promised. Here is to hoping I did okay that day. Then my little chicklets came in! YAY! They did great. McKinley's baby tooth- wiggled out in my chair and Summit got his first cleaning! LAST DAY TO PAY FOR EVERYONE'S cleanings!!!!!! Oh well another $70. Add it to the 40,000!

Wreb- what the!?

Its been 4 weeks today! Still no wreb results. Seriously killing me!
